British Airways Maintenance Cardiff recently converted an additional hanger for use in the maintenance of aircraft at their established engineering site at Cardiff Airport, South Wales.
This site really offers an engineering environment of dreams. Aircrafts which come through the site include the Boeing 777, the iconic Boeing 747 and the next-generation Boeing 787, known as the Dreamliner.
The resident team of specialist engineers ensure all these, wide-bodied, long-haul British Airways aircrafts are kept in tip top condition for service. Given the subject matter, this was an amazing project to watch come to fruition.
We worked closely with our client to delve into the project requirements and provide heat recovery units, fans, silencers, ductwork, grilles and louvres.
